Steve has over 10 years of project management and hands-on experience with network design, installations, upgrades, network documentation, staffing and management reporting. He has experience with the design, implementation and management of network infrastructures including LAN/WAN technologies, Frame-Relay ISDN, DSL and T1. He has also been involved with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of devices such as Cisco, Bay Networks routers, firewalls, switches, hubs, anti-virus and anti-spam hardware. He has experience with the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of networks with multiple configurations including Microsoft and Citrix. He has also been involved with the design and implementation of remote management services including monitoring, administration, and notification for the tracking of network anomalies and emergency conditions.

Travis has over 15 years of project management and hands-on experience with network design, installations, upgrades, network documentation, staffing and management reporting. He has experience with the design, implementation and management of network infrastructures. He has also been involved with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of devices such as server, routers, firewalls, switches, anti-virus and anti-spam hardware. He has experience with the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of networks with multiple configurations including Microsoft, Citrix and Novell. He has also been involved with the design and implementation of multiple remote management services including monitoring, administration, and notification for the tracking of network anomalies and emergency conditions.

Responsibilities:

 .Designs network based on customer requirements
· Performs lead function in multiple platform network integration projects
· Assists customer with major network strategy development and deployment
· Writes system documentation and specifications
· Provides technical leadership for customer as well as team members
· Provides customer with end-to-end solution
· Oversees work of Network Analysts and System Analysts
· Develops relationships with key vendors and partners
· Provides level three technical support and in-depth problem solving capabilities.

Don Harris
Senior Network Engineer


Don has over 25 years of project management and hands-on experience with network design, installations, upgrades, network documentation, staffing, management reporting and software development and design. He has experience with the design, implementation of multiple network architectures. He has designed and implemented many software solutions in both the public and private sectors. He has owned and operated an ISP, managed staff of software developers and network support technicians and managed a local government IT department.
